Hi, I’m Nick — the person behind Live Acoustic Music UK.
I’m a wedding singer and acoustic guitarist based in Milton Keynes, performing across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and surrounding areas. For over 15 years I’ve played live music at weddings and events, but weddings have always been the most meaningful.
Because a wedding isn’t a performance.
It’s a moment people remember for the rest of their lives.
What I Actually Do
My role isn’t to “entertain” your guests.
It’s to help the day feel natural.
From the quiet few minutes before the ceremony, to the aisle walk, to guests chatting during the drinks reception — live acoustic music gently shapes the atmosphere without taking attention away from what matters.
I watch the room.
I adjust the tempo.
I extend moments when they need space and soften them when emotions are high.
When it works properly, most people don’t even notice the effort behind it — they just feel comfortable.
